Yes, lefse is available any time of the year.

Our lefse is shipped fresh. If you are not going to eat it right away, it can be refrigerated for 3 to 5 days. Otherwise, it is best if you place it in the freezer the day you receive it.

Our lefse does not contain preservatives. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator about 5 days–less if not refrigerated.

Lefse will keep in the freezer for several months.

Take the lefse out of the freezer and completely thaw at room temperature (about 1½ hours before serving). Do not thaw in the refrigerator.

Norsland Lefse is made with fresh potatoes, enriched white flour (niacin, iron thiamin, mono nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), soybean oil, salt. No preservatives have been added.

This depends on where you live. We ship Priority Mail, UPS Ground or SpeeDee Delivery, which usually takes 2-3 days.

Because lefse is a perishable product, we try to do our shipping on the first part of the week to avoid being tied up over a weekend. There is usually 2-3 days in transit.

Lutefisk is shipped frozen with gel paks in an insulated bag, and will be delivered thawed or semi-thawed. When it arrives, you should refreeze it until used.
