Bondost Wheel - Caraway (2.0 - 2.5 pounds)

Bond-ost is a cow's milk cheese, where the milk is curdled, heated, cut, salted, stirred, pressed into forms, and immersed into brine for a day or two, the new cheese is ripened for six to eight weeks. Sometimes, as with this cheese, the Bond-ost is mixed with caraway seeds.  This may come as a full wheel or 2 halves.
