Oven-baked cheese filled with cellar-aged goat cheese. Aged a minimum of 9 month. A great appetizer or snack from Wisconsin where cheesemaking is a way of life.  A unique specialty cheese with a toasty exterior, buttery aroma, squeaky fresh flavor and a center filled with our Goat Cheese.  Heat according to instructions on the bsack of the package.
